Terms & Conditions

  1. The coach/counsellor is understood as Daniela Veas González and the client is the person, individuals or company who are receiving coaching/counselling.
  2. No types of acts of violence during the sessions are allowed. If the person or others in their surroundings are in danger, the corresponding authorities and professionals will be contacted.
  3. All sessions are confidential, but general cases, could be used for intervision and supervision groups without sharing the identity or personal information of the individual and is used only for my learning purposes. 
  4. All sessions are done while being sober.
  5. A coach or counsellor is not a replacement for a psychiatrist or psychologist. Coaching and counselling are complementary and based on positive psychology.
  6. There is no diagnosing in this process.
  7. Personal data is used as per the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).                                                                                                                      Art. 5 GDPR – Principles relating to processing of personal data - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  8. The sessions are done online, unless the client would like to meet in person with the agreement of the coach/counsellor. Group sessions can be done on location. I am based in Middelburg, Zeeland, The Netherlands.
  9. No form of recording is allowed during the session. 
  10. Session duration and frequency can be contracted by the client. Meaning, these can be decided by the client with agreement from the coach/counsellor.
  11. Goals and questions are created and maintained by the client.
  12. Decisions during or after sessions are based on the client’s capabilities and learning process. 
  13. Homework/reading material may be given by the coach/counsellor if it is in line with the client’s learning development, but it is not mandatory for the client to do it.
  14. Invoicing is done after the sessions with the exception of 1. International sessions and 2. Group sessions.
  15. Cancellations or date changes need to be informed in advance. This also includes for myself to the clients where I have a sickness or a personal emergency. If no notice is made of absence, the session will still be charged. 
  16. In the case of a referral, a clear explanation will be made to the client. A referral is the act of directing the client to another specialist. This is always based on the best interest and protection of the client. Perhaps another professional is better suited for the client’s case.
  17. If needed due to a personal financial situation, a new price agreement can be made.
